Most recently, I served as an Associate Director at Deloitte, where I helped grow people, structure high-performing teams, and deliver results inside complex, competitive environments.

Today, I bring that same enterprise-level team building expertise into real estate — helping agents build real businesses, not just sales careers. I have experience within RE/MAX | Keller Williams | Engel & Völkers.
